Registration Process:

1. Complete the Registration Form below
2. Pay the Registration Fee
3.  Complete, sign and return the ADDITIONAL paper forms.
4. Parents of teens, please complete the Parent Form.
5. Add info@cohassetasp.org to your trusted email addresses so you can get our emails.
